Shipping and Returns
VIARI currently ships within Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Europe, and selected international destinations. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, and complimentary shipping is available on orders over CHF 150. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.
Due to the nature of skincare products, we can accept returns only for unopened, unused, and sealed items within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team. Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
